Items must be returned in the following condition to qualify for a refund:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Unopened (for hygiene reasons, opened overgrips cannot be returned)
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@grypion.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and send RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Refund Processing

Non-Returnable Items
